After months of working together online—exchanging countless messages, video
calls, and virtual meetings—the PixupPlay team finally came together for the
very first time in person. This milestone wasn’t just a meeting; it was a
celebration of people, ideas, and vision.

Our team is made up of talented developers from Turkey, Azerbaijan, and Malta,
along with our brilliant colleagues in strategy, design, analytics, and sales from
Armenia and Serbia. Though scattered across different countries, we are united
by a single mission: to build PixupPlay, a sophisticated B2B platform offering
sportsbook, casino, exchange, and a payment gateway solution.

The gathering took place in Serbia, at the stunning Fruške Terme hotel
complex, located on the beautiful mountain of Fruška Gora. The venue, with its
thermal pools, aqua park, spa facilities, and authentic Serbian restaurants, was
the perfect setting for both focused work and well-deserved relaxation.

We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Fruške Terme
management team for their outstanding cooperation and hospitality. Their
support allowed us to fully focus on what mattered most: collaboration and
creativity.

Every individual in PixupPlay is unique—bright, resourceful, and exceptional in
their own way. Together, we complement one another’s strengths, creating an
environment where ideas flourish and challenges turn into solutions. Over the
course of the camp, we brainstormed, shared knowledge, and tackled real-world
problems head-on. The energy and inspiration in the room were undeniable.

But what made this experience truly special went beyond coding and strategy
sessions. We are building more than a product—we are building a healthy work
culture, one that feels like a second family. The support, respect, and
encouragement we give each other is the foundation of our success.

Between sessions, we enjoyed moments of fun, laughter, and discovery. From
tasting traditional Serbian dishes and experiencing local music, to relaxing in
the thermal pools and enjoying the natural beauty of Fruška Gora, every detail
added to the sense of unity and belonging.

The first PixupPlay code camp was more than an event; it was the start of a new
chapter. As young, talented professionals with a shared vision, we are on the
threshold of creating something advanced and meaningful in the iGaming
industry. And now, with even stronger bonds forged in person, we are ready to
move forward with renewed passion and confidence.
